Established in 1998, Digital Diversity is a specialist training and consultancy organisation specialising in assisting organisations and individuals to adopt Information Communication Technologies within their everyday operations.

The founder of Digital Diversity, Mike Addicott, is a sought after trainer, consultant, coach and keynote speaker, both within Australia and around the globe, in the area of Information Communication Technologies and their use as everyday communication tools within organisations.

Having established, IDEA MEDIA, one of Australia’s leading multimedia distribution companies during in 1994, he has a unique knowledge of how the various internet, multimedia and video technologies can be harnessed for effective communication and was responsible for designing Australia’s first ever live multi-cast internet video broadcast.

Digital Diversity’s focus has always been on assisting individuals and organizations, of all sizes, to leverage easy to use and accessible technologies, such as digital video, multimedia and the internet, to develop cost effective communication vehicles for delivering sales, marketing and training materials.

In the Education sector, Digital Diversity has developed a large number of professional development programs, including the award winning ‘Multimedia Boot Camp’ designed to assist educators of all levels to understand and adopt the fundamental building blocks of ICTS within the modern classroom.

This program has been developed into a series of digital resources that are used worldwide.

In the Government and commercial sectors, Digital Diversity works with organisations, as diverse as Sony and the Royal Australian Air Force, to assist them to develop, use and implement e-learning and multimedia technologies for both internal and external use.
